The library welcomes classes and individual students everyday during school hours. Our extensive collection includes over 20,000 books, Spanish-language materials, and the largest collection of graphica (manga, anime, etc.) in APS. The library houses a collection of AHS “La Reata” yearbooks dating from 1909 to the present.
Our virtual library is available 24/7 via our web site. Students must present their student I.D.s to borrow library materials, and may borrow up to four books at one time for a period of two weeks. The charge for lost books is the replacement cost of the item.
Students wishing to use one of the library’s computers must abide by the AHS Technology Lab Use Policy and the Technology Use Contract as detailed in the student agenda.
Tutoring is offered everyday after school in the library until 3:30.
